A leading staffing agency is looking for a skilled Business Development Executive to expand the client base, build strong business relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored workforce solutions that align with client needs. The ideal candidate has strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development within the staffing or recruitment industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients for staffing and recruitment services.
Identify and engage potential clients across industries needing workforce solutions.
Generate and nurture leads, converting them into long-term business partnerships.
Conduct market research to identify trends and staffing demands.
Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
Manage contract negotiations and close deals with prospective clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional service to clients.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the staffing or recruitment industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of successfully generating leads and closing staffing deals.
Experience working with IT, healthcare, or corporate staffing is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
