A leading staffing agency is seeking an experienced Client Relations Executive to serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams. This role requires actively engaging with clients to understand their workforce challenges, ensuring seamless coordination with recruitment teams, and fostering lasting professional relationships. The right candidate will have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in client management within the staffing industry.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Understand client staffing needs and coordinate with recruitment teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Ensure high client satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and providing exceptional service.
Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings to strengthen engagement and retention.
Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and enhance business relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of staffing solutions.
Maintain accurate client records and generate reports on account performance.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in client relations, account management, or recruitment.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of staffing solutions and workforce planning.
Experience in IT, healthcare, or executive staffing is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM tools and client management software is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
