Job Description

A leading staffing agency is seeking an experienced Domestic Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clients across India. This role involves sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding while maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in high-volume hiring.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to client needs.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and networking.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Negotiate job offers and facilitate a smooth hiring process.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best recruitment practices.

Requirements

2-3 ears of experience in domestic recruitment, with expertise in IT, healthcare, or corporate staffing.
Strong networking skills and ability to attract top talent.
Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
