A leading staffing agency is seeking an experienced UK Recruiter to source, screen, and place top talent for clients across the United Kingdom. This role requires a deep understanding of the UK job market, strong networking abilities, and expertise in full-cycle recruitment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience working with UK-based clients, and a proven track record in international recruitment.

Responsibilities

Identify, attract, and recruit top talent for UK-based clients across multiple industries.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to successful placement.
Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability based on client requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Utilize job portals, social media, and networking to expand the talent pool.
Stay updated on UK employment laws, visa requirements, and hiring trends.
Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth onboarding for selected candidates.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in UK recruitment, preferably in IT, healthcare, or corporate staffing.
Strong understanding of UK employment regulations and hiring trends.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
